Large holiday home with pool, spa & activity room

This spacious holiday home is set in scenic surroundings about an hour's drive from the Danish–German border and can accommodate up to 24 people. The house offers a wealth of activities: a large games room with table tennis, table football, darts, a PlayStation 4 and a bar, as well as a pool room with a 20 m² swimming pool, a water slide and Roman steps. For relaxation there is a hot tub and a sauna. Sleeping accommodation is divided into three separate sections, each with its own bathroom, and there are four bathrooms in total. Eighteen beds are in double rooms and the remaining six are on a loft/mezzanine, ideal for children and teenagers. The house has a large living area with an extra-large kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals for all guests, and there is direct access to a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The holiday home is located in Olpenitz, a new resort close to a child-friendly sandy beach; the area also has a grocery store, a bakery and a playground. The charming German town of Kappeln, with restaurants and shops, is within driving distance. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups.
