Luxury summer house near Grenå - sleeps 24

Perfect for large families or several families who want an active holiday on the coast. This luxurious summer house, built in 2020, is situated in the scenic area by Grenå Beach in East Jutland. The house accommodates up to 24 guests and offers nine bedrooms, four bathrooms and two lofts. The large, modern kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers, ovens, hobs, refrigerators and a freezer. For entertainment there's an activity room with table football, billiards, table tennis, darts and a PlayStation 4. Outside you'll find a pool, spa, sauna, trampoline, sandpit, a swing set with slide and a football goal. The partly covered terrace has outdoor furniture, two barbecue grills and an outdoor pizza oven. Up to two pets are welcome, and there are charging points for electric cars. The house is close to the town of Grenå with restaurants, cultural attractions and shops. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups.
