The house is close to popular attractions such as Legoland and the Tirpitz Museum. It features its own indoor waterpark with a large swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna. The activity room offers a variety of games and a bar, and there is also a lounge area with a TV and a PlayStation 4. The kitchen is large and well equipped — ideal for cooking for many people. The bedrooms are arranged in four wings, each with its own bathroom, and there are additional sleeping places on a mezzanine in the activity room. Outside there is a large play area and a multi-purpose court shared with the neighbouring house; there are also tables and benches and an in-ground trampoline. The property also has a charging point for plug-in hybrid or electric cars. Please note that the house is not let to youth groups.
