The grounds measure over 2,800 m² and include a 100 m² tiled terrace, so there’s plenty of room for outdoor activities. Indoors there are 236 m² of stylish living space, two bedroom wings each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus two loft sleeping areas with beds and TVs. A large games room offers a pool table, air hockey, table football (foosball) and two PS4 consoles. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances and has a large dining table; there’s a generous sofa area and access to a loft with toys. The wellness area features a pool, hot tub, sauna and a relaxing lounge. Outside you’ll find a barbecue, garden tables, comfortable outdoor furniture and a playground. Please note that the summer house is not rented to youth groups.
