Description

Lovely holiday home of 100 m² spread over two floors. There are 6 sleeping places, with one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, making the house suitable for families as well as smaller groups. All rooms are equipped with a TV – the living room and ground floor bedroom have both satellite TV and smart TV, while the upstairs bedrooms have regular TVs. From the first floor you can glimpse Hørup Bay and Dybbøl Mill.

On the ground floor, you will find a practical guest toilet, a modern bathroom from 2025, a kitchen, dining and TV room, as well as a small back entrance with a pellet stove. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, allowing the house to be used without accessing the first floor – ideal for guests with mild mobility issues, even though the house is not fully accessible. The layout is functional and well designed, making both short and longer stays comfortable and easy for everyone.

Located at Skovbyvej 35, the house offers incredibly easy and quick access to all of Sydals. It serves as an ideal base for excursions, with plenty of space for both car and trailer. The location is especially practical for anglers and hunters, as you can reach the area's best coastal stretches, forests, and local shopping options in just a few minutes.

There is a large furnished, covered terrace where smoking is permitted, as well as a greenhouse converted into a cosy sunroom where smoking is NOT allowed. The property is idyllic with views over fields both in front and behind. Public transport is nearby, and shopping can be found about 4 km in either direction.

The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere and good opportunities for outdoor activities. Forests and paths invite you to go hiking, jogging, and cycling, while open fields create a sense of light and space. Nature lovers will find plenty of options close to the house.

The coast is 7 km away, with long sandy beaches and shallow waters. The area is ideal for families with children, but also for adults who enjoy swimming, beach walks, or simply relaxing by the sea. The short distance makes it easy to combine forest and beach experiences. Als offers beautiful coastlines with excellent fishing opportunities from both shore and harbour, as well as many historical and cultural sights.
