This villa with guest quarters is situated on the edge of a small, quiet village in the "land of Cathars" of which Carcassonne is a famous protagonist; you can get there in an hour. You can also indulge yourself in the immediate vicinity of the house; walks begin at the house and you will enjoy all the lovely views. Ideal environment for water sports and swimming. Approximately half an hours drive away, you can take a quad trip, taste wine, play a game of boules on a village square and relax in a terrace under a plane tree or simply in relax a deck chair next to your own swimming pool. The Mediterranean is also easily accessible; you can be on the beach in an hour and a half. This villa stands on a large private estate and has a wooden terrace that provides shade against the hot sun. The fenced pool has a great shape and also provides a marvellous view. Inside there is a modern, luxury kitchen that opens up to the terrace and living room. There are four bedrooms, one of which with bunk beds, and this room can be reached via a bedroom with double bed. The guest quarters are situated right next to the villa and have a bedroom, living room with comfortable sofa bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom.
