You share the garden with the owner (if present), who lives above you, and with the tenants of the adjacent apartment. You have access to a shared swimming pool (10 x 5 m) and sun loungers. These apartments are situated on a hill 2 km from the picturesque little village of Payzac and 30 km south of Aubenas. This village is surrounded by several other charming, very small villages. The landscape is varied, with olive groves, grapevines and chestnut trees. You can go on some wonderful hikes directly from the apartment. In Les Vans and Joyeuse (both 10 km away) you will find marvellous restaurants, cafes, markets and shops. The Rhône-Alpes region is in the southeast of France; the regional capital is Lyon. This area is at the outermost edge of France, bordering both Italy and Switzerland. This region is home to the tri-city area that comprises Lyon, Grenoble and Saint-Étienne.
