Lovely, well-appointed holiday home with plenty of space and charm.

This summer house offers room for up to 7 people and is ideal for both families and groups of friends. The property includes 4 bedrooms, one of which is located in a separate annex building, providing a bit of extra privacy.

Inside, you'll find a functional kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa arrangement, dining area, bioethanol fireplace, and TV – a welcoming space for relaxation and togetherness. From here, there is direct access to the garden and a covered terrace, which extends the outdoor season and lets you enjoy the evenings even after the dew has settled.

Outside, a large, secluded lawn awaits, with sunny spots and sheltered corners – perfect for relaxing with a good book or a glass of wine. The long driveway provides space for two cars, and the garden is beautifully framed by rose bushes and mature trees.
The house has a nostalgic 1980s charm, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. Practical amenities such as a washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room, and for long, cozy evenings there's a fondue set ready to use. On the terrace, you’ll find garden furniture and a charcoal grill – ideal for dining outdoors.

For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

The renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the rental period.

Next to the house, you’ll find the Skagen Tennis and Padel Club. Bring your tennis racket and padel bat and book a court for a few hours of active fun.
In the nearby dune plantation, you can visit the Buried Church, where you’ll learn how historic sand drift shaped the region. Other exciting attractions such as Drachmann’s House, Krøyer’s House, and the Coastal Museum are also just a short walk away. Down at the Skagen marina, the old Bindesbøll fish warehouses now house Skagen Fiskerestaurant and several smaller eateries – perfect for enjoying fresh seafood right by the water.
