There is a north-facing terrace, which is especially lovely in the mornings and evenings throughout the summer. Additionally, there’s a covered west-facing terrace where you can barbecu e and enjoy even the cool summer nights. There's also a charming enclosed courtyard terrace facing south-southwest.

The property is ideal for a large family or two families. Note that, for instance, there are two dishwashers in the kitchen-dining area.

There are many activities for children, including a football pitch, trampoline, garden games and an outdoor slide. If the weather is unkind there are board games, darts, a table tennis table, or you can go out to the barn, where there's a workbench, tools and materials to make a kite, bird box or insect hotel.

Be aware: the estate is maintained under the "wild on purpose" principle. There are plenty of birds and insects and nature (read: weeds) grows freely, except on the football pitch and terrace areas. For this reason, cats are unfortunately not welcome.

Dogs are welcome, as long as they do no damage to the house and its contents.
