This is a fabulous 3-bedroom villa in Villanueva de la Concepción. It offers a fantastic view of the mountains and valley. It is ideal for a family or group of friends. Villanueva de la Concepción is a 10-minute drive away and you'll find a supermarket and restaurants 500m and 5 km away, respectively. The town of La Joya is a 5-minute drive away as well. You can go horseriding, mountain-climbing in El Chorro, walking in El Torcal, watching flamingos in Fuente de Piedra and much more. The home is a good starting point for day trips to Andalusian cities or the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The home is built in traditional Andalusian style and has a beautifully landscaped garden with a private swimming pool and a barbecue. Children will enjoy themselves on the lawn around the house or on the swing. There is a cosy sitting area with a fireplace and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Public transport is 20 km away. It is located in the western part of El Torcal Natural Park. At the Visitor Reception Center and interpretation of El Torcal, you can observe an exhibition about the natural values of the Site and receive more information.
