The house has a privileged and rural location in the hamlet of La Higuera south of the nature park El Torcal. The villa has all the comfort to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends. Great views over the mountains and across the valley. The house is well maintained and has a fenced swimming pool and a beautiful garden. The town of La Joya is a 5-minute drive away and Villanueva de la Concepcion is 10 minutes away. In both you will find shops, a bakery, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Good starting point for day trips to cities such as Seville, Córdoba, Granada and Málaga, which are definitely worth a visit! Also the beaches of the Costa del Sol are easily accessible. Other attractions in the area are the Caminito del Rey and El Chorro, the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, Marbella, Ronda or Antequera. In the surrounding, you can make walks and go horse riding.
