Can Elisa is an old finca. It has been renovated with great care in the traditional style of the island. This has created a beautiful, spacious house with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are two separate apartments as well as the main house. Privacy is assured for everyone. Can Elisa is in a very quiet location in the Morna valley. It is 7 km from Santa Eulalia and 16 km from Ibiza town. The house enjoys beautiful views over the valley and its rolling hills. The nearest good supermarket is 1,5 km away. It has a wide range of organic produce. The swimming pool is 9m x 4m and is at the front of the house. There is a spacious outdoor kitchen with a four-burner cooker, oven and dishwasher. A large dining table and a barbecue are on the terrace next to the outdoor kitchen. There is ample parking space by the house. The entrance to the house is via two patios. The 70 m2 apartment is in the first patio. It has a spacious open plan live-in kitchen with a two-burner cooker, oven and small fridge. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double wash-basin and toilet. There is satellite TV and a CD player. You reach the main house via the second patio.
