Set in the beautiful dune landscape of Gl. Skagen, surrounded by beach grass and just a few minutes’ walk from the lovely bathing beach, this large black wooden holiday home offers the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time together. The house accommodates up to 9 people, and both children and adults will feel at home from the very first moment.

The house features four well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the holiday without waiting in line for the shower. One bedroom is designed especially for children with a bunk bed and an extra single bed – a cosy little hideaway, ideal for playtime and bedtime. In the bright and spacious kitchen-living area, the family naturally gathers for meals and hygge around the wood-burning stove. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and with TVs in both the living room and one of the bedrooms, there is space for quiet moments when the day winds down.

Outdoor living unfolds on the two lovely terraces equipped with garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers. Here you can barbecue, unwind or enjoy the sun after a day at the beach. Back home, cosy moments await with board games, popcorn, ladder golf and more.

This holiday home is ideal for families seeking both closeness to nature and space for shared holiday experiences – whether it’s sand between your toes, cooking and laughter in the kitchen, or relaxing on the terrace in the evening sun. The area invites beautiful walks or bike rides in the nearby dune plantation. Take the children to the Natural History Museum located in the former Højen Station, and to the Sand-Buried Church, where you can experience the historical impact of drifting sand. On your way home, stop by the Solnedgangspladsen in Gl. Skagen for delicious homemade ice cream from the Solnedgangskiosken.
