Lovely spacious apartment (110m2!) With lots of privacy, overlooking the pool and the beaches of Punta Prima, just 5-minutes walk (400m, no busy road to cross). This apartment is fully furnished (household utensils, entertainment etc) and offers a feeling of relaxation and luxury. The apartment has two bathrooms and three spacious double bedrooms, each equipped with built in wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a separate balcony. Very large dining / living room and a modern, semi-open kitchen with lots of natural light. The living room is equipped with two 3-seat sofas (one sofa bed), two armchairs and a fireplace. Terraces on both sides of the apartment. A terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped and well kept tropical park containing a playground. On the other side, a large terrace over the entire length of the apartment, overlooking the well maintained pool. A lot of privacy because there are no other adjacent terraces. The area of this apartment, located in the southern part of the Costa Blanca, offers you a 320 days of sunshine per year with 13 km long beautiful sandy beaches and 12 golf courses within a radius of 20 km. You'll find tennis, squash, water sports, water park and go-kart within 5 min. Restaurants and terraces as well! Take a city break to Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Cartagena or Valencia or visit the historic villages of Villena, Elda, Petrer or Novelda. You will also find the salt lakes with flamingos and wild national park Calblanque within a radius of 5-30 km. In short a spacious apartment, nicely located, ideal for family holidays.

Normal check-in and check-out times are: Check-in flexible (our property mananager will try to match your arrival times - please see below) Check-out 7-11:00 am at the date of departure Wherever possible our Property Manager in Spain will try to streamline your check-in and check-out times to match your arrival and departure flight times. It is very important that you provide your travel details as listed above no later than 7 days before travel. Please note. If our Property Manager in Spain doesn't receive this information in time, unfortunately they can’t guarantee to meet you in a timely manner. On the day of travel, when you have collected your rental car / taxi / private transfer, and are about to the leave the airport, we ask that you make a phone call (please no text/SMS) to either Martin or Jan. They will kindly ask you to come directly to the property and meet you on your arrival, or, depending on previous guests' departure that day, they will inform you of the earliest check-in time. For guests not arriving at Alicante or Murcia airports, we kindly ask you to give the property manager an ETA at least 7 days in advance. We appreciate that it will be only an estimate but please keep Martin & Jan informed during your journey of any delays. Our Property Manager, provides the meet/greet, both arrival and departure bewteen the hours of 7am and midnight, at no cost. However they do reserve the right to make a charge for arrivals and departures outside of these hours, or for failure to follow the above arrangements. Upon your arrival the property manager will meet you at the property, familiarize you with the property, locks, appliances etc. They will issue you with up to two set of keys. They will be contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by telephone on 2 separate mobile numbers. Martin & Jan welcome your calls, should you have any problems or require any advice or assistance, between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Outside of these times, please respect their time and use the emergency facility only in the case of a real emergency (otherwise, additional charges could be applied). During the check-in, please make an appointment for your departure check-out where they will again meet you at the property and collect the keys.
