Apartment in Marmagen

Our family-friendly house is situated in a quiet location in the scenic 'Naturerlebnis' village Marmagen, in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelhöhen-Klinik (rehabilitation centre). Here you'll find pure nature in the heart of the German-Belgian High Fens Eifel Nature Park. Numerous popular destinations are within easy reach from the Nature Park. The diverse landscape is ideal for hiking, Nordic walking and cycling. The cosy apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house. It offers approx. 90m² of living space and can accommodate 5-6 people. Two parking spaces are located right in front of the house. Our spacious non-smoking apartment, which has undergone a complete renovation in 2010, features 2 bedrooms -each with 2 double beds-, 1 bedroom with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Krups 3-Mix), a living room, a dining room, 1 bathroom with shower and WC as well as a separate WC. A cot can be provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Our garden has a sunbathing lawn where you can relax amidst nature and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
