Cottage Bozanov is a tastefully furnished holiday home where pretty much anyone would feel right at home. Each room has its own colourful surprise. You'll be impressed by the space, appearance and luxury of this nostalgic newly built house, fully expressing Czech craftsmanship. You'll also have your own sauna...ideal during colder days. You'll be staying in the authentic village of Božanov, in North Bohemia, in the middle of the Broumovské Steny nature reserve. The area is rich in culture and nature, with a varied landscape of lovely farmlands, dense forests and rugged rock formations. A large recreational lake with lawns is located at 2 km from Božanov and there's a brand new outdoor swimming pool with slides and paddling pool nearby. The historic town of Broumov is 7 km away and offers many cultural sights like the oldest wooden church of the Czech Republic, the famous historical Benedictine monastery and the oldest beer brewery of the Czech Republic, but also many pleasant outdoor cafes and restaurants. Thanks to its beautiful location, this holiday home is an ideal base for hikers and sportive cyclists. The trails are well-marked. During the winter, this is a beautiful area for skiing, cross-country skiing and snow walking. There are several ski lifts and cross-country trails in the direct vicinity of Božanov. You can rent equipment on-site and there's a possibility to take (cross-country) skiing lessons in different languages. Cottage Bozanov is within walking distance (400 m) of a small-scale campsite. You can use all the facilities there, such as the swimming pool, playground, football pitch and the recreation room with table tennis, foosball and billiarts (only in Summer). Also lots of activities are being organised, like mountaineering, hiking, canoeing and horseback riding. Specialties: The electricity tariff of the summer includes a maximum of 200 kWh per week and the electricity tariff of the winter is up to 500 kWh per week. This is sufficient in normal consumption. In case of exceedance 5Kc / kWh will be charged.
