Cottage in Malmedy

This comfortable and bright holiday home is just a few steps from the forest and is ideal for families or couples who want to hike, mountain bike or just relax. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with lots of privacy and on the spacious terrace you have sun all day.

From the house you can walk in 5 minutes to the forest, where you can take beautiful walks or go mountain biking. The Hoge Venen Nature Reserve is nearby. There is a good bakery 3 km away, in the neighboring village of Xhoffraix, also open on Sundays! In Malmedy (9 km) you will find all the necessary equipment and many restaurants and cafes. For water sports, Robertville Lake is nearby. When there is snow, this house makes an excellent base from which to go to the Ovifat ski slope or for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity (3 km).

In the large garden you can fully enjoy your vacation. For children there is a playground and a sandpit. On the barbecue you can prepare delicious meals on warm summer evenings. There are two parking spaces in the driveway. In the garage you will find a ping-pong table and table football.
