This traditional Austrian 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people has a wellness area and is situated in a fantastic location close to the center of Brixen and the gondola. Landhuis Sonnberg is located on the sunny side of Brixen and is located slightly above the village, you have a great view over Kirchberg, Westendorf and the distant surroundings.
The gondola and the center are within walking distance (approx. 500 m). You can leave the car during the entire holiday.
There is a private entrance on the ground, privacy guaranteed! The furnishing with lots of wood is attractive and luxurious and you will immediately feel at home here. The very good, kitchen has an espresso machine, dishwasher, 4 burner stove and oven. There is also a communal wellness area with a Turkish bath, shower and a rest area. You also have a large south-facing balcony with garden furniture.
If you rent both apartments (AT-6364-33 and AT-6364-34) together for 6 people, you have a detached house for up to 12 people. We oblige you not to smoke in the apartment; if necessary you can smoke on the balcony. There is space for 2 cars per apartment.
