Welcome to a beautiful and centrally located apartment in the heart of Skagen. The apartment is right next to the street, so you are close to the city's restaurants, shops and supermarket, yet in quiet and undisturbed surroundings.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with a maritime touch and offers: everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is an open-plan kitchen-dining room with modern facilities, a nice dining area, and a comfortable living room with two sofas, large TV with Chromecast and a bluetooth SONOS soundbar to enjoy your own music. The sleeping area is integrated as part of the living room. The bathroom is compact, but smartly furnished with a shower, toilet and underfloor heating for extra comfort.

Although the apartment does not have associated parking, there are free parking options at the nearby roads, and you can drive into the street to drop off and park the car.

Everything is right outside the door, and both amenities and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by boat. two wheels (there are several bicycle rental shops nearby).

GOOD TO KNOW:
The tenant must be at least 25 years old and be present during the rental period.
No private parking space at the holiday home. Parking takes place at a public road or parking lot.
Fixed consumption fee for electricity, water and heating.
