Holiday home in Brovst

Architect designed holiday cottage with both indoor and outdoor whirlpool and an activity room. The house is high located on a large dune plot approx. 100 m from the ocean and with a unique view of the dune area. 2 storeys. There is living room in open concept with the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with 2-persons whirlpool and access to the sauna. There is a 4-persons outdoor whirlpool built into the terrace and an outdoor shower. The activity room has table tennis and billiards. From all bedrooms as well from the activity room you have access to the terrace while you have access to the gallery which faces east, south and west. The house is fully insulated, geothermal heating throughout, genvex system and wood-burning stove which help keep the energy costs to a minimum. All lighting is with LED bulbs so the electricity costs can also be as low as possible. The fridge is an American style with ice cubes, the internet is 20 G, there is X-box Kinect and there is a Sonos music system. The furniture and furnishings is of the highest quality. The view of the grand area from both the living room and gallery is amazing. You can sunbathe, have barbecues or just relax and enjoy the sun setting into the west.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
