Holiday home in Föltorp

This delightful holiday home is set in idyllic surroundings outside of the little town of Åtvidaberg. It is a traditional Swedish country cottage, renovated but with the original charm kept intact. It features a large, 40 square metre terrace and a delightful balcony with a white picket fence. The view is terrific , this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life!

The bottom floor features a kitchen with brand new appliances and a pleasant dining area. In the family room you will find a comfortable sofa suite and a flat-screen TV. There is WiFi in the house, up to 10 gb per week.The attractive, newly-renovated bathroom ( including a washing machine) is also located on the bottom floor.

A winding staircase takes you up to the second floor hall and two bedrooms with a single bed in each. The garden offers plenty of lawn space and borders on the forest, open landscapes and pastures, with wild animals, birds and deer.

A short walk of 75 metres will take you to your private dock and the boat that is included in the rent. The area offers a beautiful countryside, with a forest, lakes, walking paths and wild animals. The charming town of Åtvidaberg is close. You will be about an hour's drive from Tåkern, one of Sweden's most famous bird-watching lakes. Or why not take a day trip to Linköping and Norrköping ( 25-45 kilometres) and go shopping or sightseeing. Other places to see are Kolmården's Wildlife Reserve and Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, both about 1,5 hours away by car.
