The holiday home, which is a part of a house where owner lives in the other part, has a 28 m² terrace with a panoramic view of the coast and the island Barmen. From the heated, wood-fired bath barrel, enjoy the fantastic view of the scenery after a long and active day.

The two single beds in the bedroom can be combined into a double bed. Electric fireplace in the living room. TV with Canal Digital (Norwegian and English speaking channels) and Astra 1 with channels from the rest of Europe.

A great starting point for hikes in the open terrain - only 40 meters to a trail that leads through the forest and up the mountain, giving you a stunning view.

Rent a 16 ft Øien with 15 hp Yamaha motor, or a 18 ft Sting boat with 50 hp. The boats must be booked at the same time as the cottage - with a booking confirmation. The sea has great fishing conditions. Access to a covered fish cleaning table, running water and lighting. Life jackets included. 18 km to the salmon and trout river Åheimselva. 8 km to the lake Berstadlvatnet with 3-7 hg trout.
