There are fantastic relaxing areas both inside and outside. There is a large lounge and dining area on the ground floor, which also houses the thoroughly modern kitchen with all the expected modern appliances. Downstairs has the bar area and access to the pool and games area, which has the large Jacuzzi. The pool can be heated if required in spring or autumn. Outside offers both dining and relaxation areas. The owners have put a small putting green, so all of the golf enthusiasts can practice their putting, you can also play table tennis and there is boules pitch, so lots to keep everybody busy.
All the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space; the master enjoys a walk in dressing room.

Once there you can visit The Old Town, which is the city centre, it’s full of history and charm, this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
The villa is located a short distance from the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance.
