Here you get a holiday home that combines luxury, cosiness and a fantastic location in peaceful, green surroundings – and only a short walk from the beach.

The house has been built with a focus on quality and comfort and offers both a hot tub and sauna, so you can pamper yourself after a day in nature or by the water. The elegant kitchen is equipped with delicious materials and is open to the bright and spacious living room – here, cooking can be enjoyed as a shared experience with the family.

Outside, there are two lovely terraces: one with morning sun – perfect for a quiet cup of coffee, and the other with evening sun, where you can light up the grill and enjoy the atmosphere as the day draws to a close.

For the youngest guests, there is a sandpit, a new swing set with a 120 cm sensory swing and a regular swing, while the rest of the family can romp around on the large green lawn - ideal for ball games and play.

Practical information: The house is not rented out to youth groups. Please note: For security reasons, outdoor surveillance cameras have been installed. These are only active when the house is not rented out.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
