Holiday home in Nr Lyngby Strand

Bright and modern holiday cottage located on a secluded natural plot in the charming, small fishing village Nr. Lyngby approx. 5 km north of Løkken. Open concept living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle, guest toilet and whirlpool. There is an open terrace and carport. The house has oil-fired furnace and a wood-burning stove. Tile floors with underfloor heating in all rooms. The living room is very spacious and bright due to the large windows. From the living room you have direct access to the open terrace where you can enjoy the sun in private as the plot is surrounded by plantings. There are swings and sandpit as well as a lowered trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
