Holiday home in Nordmaling

Welcome to this spacious holiday home, set in scenic surroundings, in Nordmaling. The house is set on a seaside plot, on a cape, just 15 metres from the dock where you will find the boat that is included in the rent.

The bottom floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen features the necessary equippment and in the living room there's a pellet stove, a TV, and free wireless internet access. The bottom floor bedroom features two single beds. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. On the upper floor, you'll find a family room and a bedroom with three single beds.

The terrace and the living room windows afford a beautiful view of the sea. The house is surrounded by woodlands which makes it private and secluded.

Nordmaling offers plenty of recreation for nature lovers. Höga Kusten is nearby, with it's stunning nature. There are canoes for rent and the streams Öreälven and Lögdeälven are excellent for canoeing. They are also great for fishing. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit! The small town of Nordmaling has all of the necessary services, such as grocery stores, a chemists, a hardware store, a fishing shop, and Systembolaget, where you can buy wine and spirits.

It's possible to bathe by the dock but please be aware that the water quicly becomes deep so it's not suitable for children.

Please note: You have to turn on the water heater. There's a plug for it above the electric cooker, in the kitchen.
