Our home maintains a strict no-party and no-event stance to ensure tranquility in our peaceful neighborhood. Adherence to local noise regulations is imperative, with a quiet policy enforced after 11 PM. Failure to comply with these rules is taken seriously and may lead to the termination of your booking.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
Your safety is our priority. The residence is equipped with smoke detectors in key communal areas. In case of emergencies, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are accessible under the kitchen sink. For your peace of mind, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the property, including a Ring camera at the main entrance. It's important to note that there are no cameras inside the residence or any that intrude upon the privacy of interior spaces.
