The house has recently been lovingly refurbished by the new owner and offers the closeness of the activity of Puerto Banus whilst being nestled in tropical gardens in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, offering peace and quiet just a stone’s throw from where it’s all happening. The development is within a gated community which boasts four separate swimming pools. The house has three bedrooms, two have double beds and the third has a futon style double bed. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is a separate family bathroom, the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pools and gardens. 
The living area is open plan and very spacious, the owner has installed a 52 inch 3D smart T.V . The lounge leads to the patio area and garden . There is a fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge / freezer etc. There is parking within the development. It is located just a ten minute walk to Puerto Banus marina and beach, where you will find restaurants and bars. You can also walk to Centro Plaza, near the Bullring, which has the famous Saturday market, you will also find plenty of choice for eating and there is a Supersol supermarket. 

The house is in the perfect position for both golfers and sun worshippers and also to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain.
The house is a short drive to Marbella and Estepona, and Puerto Banus is only a few minutes’ away. Puerto Banus is where you will see the beautiful yachts, some of the world’s most luxurious cars and fabulous designer boutiques. You can enjoy international cuisine and relax in one of the several fashionable bars and it is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the Costa del Sol, cinemas and shopping centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus. 

Marbella city centre is ten minutes by car, there you can enjoy a 15 km long promenade that goes all the way to San Pedro, with many beach restaurants where you can enjoy some great local fish dishes.  The Old Town, also in the city centre, is full of history and charm this part of the city must not be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square.  Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. It’s also only a few kilometers to Golf Valley.  You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies, and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
In the other direction you will find Estepona, it’s just a short drive to “The New Golden Mile “Estepona is renowned for its beaches, which stretch along some 21 km of coastline. It is a popular resort and holiday destination. Due to its natural environment, surrounded by the sea and the mountains, Estepona has a micro-climate with over 325 days of sunshine per year, it is a popular year-round holiday destination, has two Euro Blue Flag Beaches, a modern sports marina with many tapas bars and restaurants. The white-walled town centre has many shops and picturesque squares.

Puerto Banus: This is located just 10 minutes from the center of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona. Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many high end designer shops, boutiques and an El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night.
