Holiday cottage with various activities located in 1st row on a large dune plot with panoramic views of ocean and dunes in the popular Løkken Syd. The plot borders the beach and dunes. Within walking-distance to Løkken town. The house was built in 2014 and has an elevated living room, kitchen-family room, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, bathroom with shower and both and open and covered terrace. For entertainment there is an activity game console and Nintendo Wii. From the mezzanine you have a small view of the ocean but from the plot you have panoramic views of the ocean and dunes. The house is fully insulated and has bot a wood-burning stove and air-to-water heat pump to ensure low energy costs. All rooms have underfloor heating and the large windows let in a lot of sunlight and heat. Access to the mezzanine is via a staircase. Modern and tasteful furnishings of high quality. Large terrace (shaped accordingly to the dune) and the angles of the house make it possible to find shelter from the wind. Free admitrance to the water park. Not for rent to youth groups.
