Holiday home in Aneby C

Welcome to this charming holiday home outside of Aneby, in Småland. This spacious and well-equipped house is called Nobynäs and has enough space for two or three families.

On the bottom floor you will find a charming country kitchen with all of the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher. The bottom floor features all of three living rooms with comfortable furniture. There's a TV with satellite channels in one of them. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The second floor features one more living room and four large bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have three single beds in each, the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There are also two cots. The second floor also features a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, and a bath tub.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many trees. The garden plot borders on the owner's garden and pastures. A rowing boat is included in the rent, it is docked in the neighboring village, 5 kilometres away. You can buy a fishing permit in town.

It's only 5 kilometres to the lovely, sandy beach by lake Noen, where there is a bathing dock and a bathing ladder. The area around your cottage is a highland area with a lot of culture and sights. Tranås is the nearest town, about 25 kilometres away. Why not make a daytrip to the picturesque town of Gränna, 35 kilometres away? Gränna offers charming little shops and restaurants and is known for it's stripy, hard candy canes, “Polkagrisar”. You can visit the small factory and see how they are made. From Gränna you can catch a boat to the charming island of Visingsö, where you can take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage all around the island.

Vimmerby is one and a half hours away, by car. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. Katthult and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close. Or why not make a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The Kingdom of Crystal is another interesting destination. This is where the famous Kosta Boda glass is made. Västervik is also well worth a visit, offering shopping, beaches and many events.

Please note: This holiday home is not for rent to large groups of youths. If you want to rent bedlinen you must inform the owners beforehand.
