Holiday home in Nørre Fjand

Very well-located holiday cottage with a whirlpool and sauna and views of the water and dunes. The house is located in a family friendly cottage area near the fjord and ocean. There is a woodburning stove and heat pump for the cooler evenings. There are approx. 20 m² large open terrace, approx. 10 m² covered terrace on the ground floor and approx. 6 m² covered terrace on the 1st floor and much more. The plot is a secluded plot with trees which is good for games and play. There are swing and sandpit.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
