The apartment is a 95 square meter luxury flat from the beginning of the 1900s. It was refurnished in 2013 and is beautiful and light with its wooden floors and more than 4 meters high ceilings.

In addition to a well-equipped kitchen the apartment offers a hallway with cupboards, a large living and dining room, bedroom, lounge, guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the living room as well as in the lounge there are sofa beds and in the bedroom there is a double bed, making room for six people in the apartment. There may also be possibly to get a bed for a child in the lounge.

The apartment has automatically regulated heating. There are CD player, refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob and washing machine available in the apartment.
