Holiday home in Orust

Welcome to a modern holiday home equipped with all kinds of comforts, like a whirlpool, sauna and TV games. With the elevated location it has a nice ocean view and is located on the north side of Orust.

The holiday home has a high standard with a whirlpool, sauna and all other amenities which is required for a relaxing holiday. This is a perfect holiday home for two families or larger companies who want a comfortable accommodation and close to both service and baths.
Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood on a hilly nature plot and with a lovely patio which goes around the whole holiday home (130m2) where you can enjoy the sun and perhaps a good meal.

The holiday home has free Wi-Fi, playstation 2 & 3, satellite channels (around 30-40 different Swedish and English channels).
The holiday home has a bright kitchen with bar, dining area, fireplace for the chilly evenings and an exit to the outdoor patio. There is also a 130 cm wide bed (for 1-2 persons) that works as a sofa in the daytime.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, one with a 190 cm wide double bed and a passage to the main bathroom. The second bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed and the third two 100 cm wide single beds. Several rooms for socializing.

Downstairs you will find the laundry room, washing machine and the drying cabinet.

The house is equipped with an alarm with monitoring cameras for your safety. The cameras only start when the alarm is triggered. Only the alarm center has access to the images, not the homeowner. Instructions on how to use the alarm can be found in the cabin's guest folder on site.

There is about 800m to the ocean where you can fish freely, and to the public bathing spot there is approximately 2km away. The bathing spot is equipped with a diving tower, bridge, cliffs and a small sandy beach.

You are close to Henån where you can find all kind of service, restaurants and pleasures. Henån also arranges many kinds of events during the summer period.
Visit the genuine islands Gullholmen or Käringön where you can enjoy seafood delicacies on the local restaurants.
In the middle of Orust there is a shopping paradise of Göksäter, where there are many kinds of activities which fit both the older as well younger, for example you can fish, go kayaking, play golf, dive or just enjoy a cooling swim in the ocean.
Gothenburg is 75km away.

The holiday home is located in a steep setting, younger children should be supervised.
