A holiday cottage with swimming pool and heated floors throughout the whole house.

This is a good choice for 2 families or families with small children, as the house is located far from busy roads.

The house is heated by an energy saving oil-fired boiler, which keeps the energy bill low. The living room was renovated in 2008, and the walls between the living room, kitchen and hallway was knocked down. The floors in the kitchen and living room are tiled. Geothermal heating throughout the entire house.

The 15 m² large swimming pool is located in the pool room. You can access it directly from one of the bedrooms.

There is a 21 m² large south-facing and covered terrace outside. There is a swing and sandbox for the smallest ones. No letting to youth and builder groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
