The 1851-villa can comfortably host 14 persons as it features 5 guestrooms with A/C and TV(2 double, 2 triple and a quadruple room), 7 bathrooms (one is located on the ground floor), a 120-square meters impressive lounge with fireplace furnished with antiques, and another smaller lounge with traditional Tuscan fireplace located on the first floor, near the guestrooms. On the ground floor guests will also find a perfectly-equipped kitchen (renovated in 2021) with wine cellar and all the necessary supplies, as well as a dining area.
The ground-floor lounge is ideal for stages, meetings or reunions with family and friends.
The dining area and the big lounge have direct access to the private park, to the private pool and the big gazebo where guests will find a BBQ, 2 lounges, ping pong, table football and darts games for children.
Located 300 meters from the villa guests vill find the property restaurant, offering a fixed menu changing on daily basis of traditional Tuscan dishes, including, upon request, vegan and vegetarian dishes. For the restaurant, reservation is required at least one day in advance.
Please note: the villa is isolated from the other 2 buildings of the farm house (distance approx: 300 meters), except for the owner's house.
In winter from November 10th, until April 5, heating incurs and additional charge of € 150 per day. Heating use is not mandatory, but strongly suggested.
