Holiday home in Spøttrup

Holiday cottage located on a natural plot with fantastic views. The high location of the house means you have panoramic views of the Limfjorden from house, terrace and plot. Large terraces from which you can enjoy the view while having barbecues. The combined living room and kitchen has i.a. dish washer and ceramic cooker. Fridge with a small freezer compartment. The living room has dining area, sofa area, flatscreen TV and wood-burning stove for a cold evening (firewood included). 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Many nooks and places where you can enjoy the sun and view. During the summer there is a jetty right below the house.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
