On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you come into a room equipped with a 37" flat screen TV where you can also mix a drink at the built-in bar with its own fridge or play a game of darts or pool at the pool table. The comfortable sofa corner with Chesterfield sofas is perfect for relaxation with a cup of coffee.

In the activity room there is table tennis, air hockey and table football. There are also various fitness equipments. PlayStation2 is a matter of course. The house is very well dimensioned and spacious for 22 people with 3 bedroom units with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in every department.

On the 5200 m² large plot that surrounds the house there are swings and sandpit, 2 soccer goals and a soccer field, volleyball and badminton for both large and small, unless you want to relax on the 2 terraces.

Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
