Holiday home in Øster Assels

This holiday cottage of no less than 264 m² is located only approx. 200 m from the fjord. The house is simply furnished and suited for family reunions, seminars and of course the traditional holiday. The house is located in beautiful surroundings with good shelter. Nearby is a shared playground for younger guests. Not far from the house is a good Limfjords beach which is very child-friendly. The house includes a spacious living room with a TV with a few Danish channels and also satellite with German channels. There is a stereo with CD player. For a cool summer or autumn day with rain and drizzle is a cosy wood-burning stove to supplement the heating. The living room has access to the terrace where you can enjoy dinner prepared on the garden grill.
There is a sandpit. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer. The house has four bathrooms, one suited for the disabled with toilet and shower, one with two toilets and two each with two shower cubicles. The house has ten bedrooms. Seven rooms are equipped with double bed, two each with a single bed and one with two bunk beds.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
