The house was built in 1995 in the distinctive beach courtyard style with thatched roof common in the area. The pool area has underfloor heating, heating is solely by emission of heat from the pool.

The location of the bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms make this house suitable for 2 families who want to spend their holidays together. The house is naturally equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer.
