Holiday home in Blokhus

Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large natural plot in Blokhus.

The house is large and can easily accommodate 2 families as the 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 mezzanines can sleep up to 12 people. The two mezzanines are only suitable for children. One mezzanine has a TV, DVD and video player.

The house is modern with good decor and a wood-burning stove in the living room. Kitchen from 2010 with dish washer, freezer and microwave oven.

Pool area with whirlpool and direct access to a large bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna. The 18 m² large pool has a water slide and a 2 m² children's pool. There is an additional bathroom with underfloor heating.

The house has both a covered and open terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Additional equipment in the house is e.g. 3 TVs with digital satellite dish, stereo with CD player and surround sound. In addition washing machine, dryer and high chair.

There is a ventilation system for heating of the hot water (Genvex) and in addition there are solar heaters for heating of the pool and the hot water. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
