Holiday cottage with a unique location in the middle of the dunes with direct access to the beach. The house is located on a 60,000 m² large natural plot with sand dunes and small coves where the sun can be enjoyed undisturbed year round. The house was built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2010. There are several terraces around the house, and from the 1st floor you have access to a balcony. The 1st floor has great views of the sea and the countryside. The house is divided into two sections, but with access between the two departments, and would be a perfect setting for several families wishing to spend their holiday together. One section has room for 8 people and the other department has room for 6 people. Because of the layout the house is very suitable for business use. No letting to youth groups.
