Holiday cottage approx. 150 m from the lovely beach at the Limfjord on a plot with views over the fjord from both the house as terraces.

The house is conveniently furnished with four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one has two bunks with four beds. In addition, there are two beds on the mezzanine.

The living room is furnished with modern furniture and a cosy wood-burning stove for a cool summer or autumn evening with rain and drizzle. There is a stereo with CD player and flat screen TV connected to satellite. There are tiles on the floor in the living room and kitchen. Cot and highchair for the children.

The house has two bathrooms with toilet, wash basin, shower and underfloor heating. The house is heated by oil furnace and heat pump which reduses the cost for heating. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is of course equipped with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The most popular area of the house is undoubtedly the pool room with approx. 15 m² large swimming pool and whirlpool. After a long walk on the beach or in the woods it is good to slide down into the hot water. From the pool area there is access to the sauna where you can get warm after a swim in the bay or the pool.

Outside there are large terraces where you can enjoy dinner prepared on the garden grill and children can play in the sandpit.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
