Holiday home in Aabenraa

Holiday home located in the scenic Løjtland. The house has a bright living room with a wood-burning stove that creates cosiness and warmth on cooler days. The kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating. There are a total of four bedrooms and 2 lofts. The house therefore creates a nice setting for a holiday for one or more families. The house's large terrace goes all the way around the house and has several options for shelter. Only a few minutes' walk from the house is Loddenhøj Beach, where it is possible to both swim and fish. The house also includes a fish cleaning area. The house is located right next to the forest.

NOTE: the cottage has parking for 5 cars. Any additional cars must be parked at the beach 100 m away, so as not to disturb the neighbors. Not rented out to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
