The house has geothermal heating, making sure the heating expenses are kept low.
Outside there is a play tower with a slide and swing, and a trampoline (use at your own risk). There is a south-facing terrace. This area has a child-friendly sandy beach. There is a flee market nearby every Saturday during Danish school summer holidays.
