The plot is a large, partially closed and hilly natural plot with open terrace and covered terrace with good shelter from the large dune. 15 m² annex. There are outdoor, automatic lighting. The house includes a 15 m² swimming pool with a swim coach, 2-person whirlpool and sauna. 2 bathrooms with heated tile floor. The swimming pool is renovated in 2010. There are water-saving toilets in the house. Well-functioning kitchen and dining/living room. The interior is top class, for example there is a Piet Hein-dining table. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
