Holiday home in Mörbylånga

Welcome to a large, beautiful house with a sea view in Mörbylånga.

Here you can enjoy the fantastic sea view from almost every room and from the lovely garden.

The garden and the area are child-friendly and quiet, but you are still close to swimming, shops and restaurants.

In the garden there is garden furniture and a barbecue. On the nice stone-paved terrace there is lounge furniture where you can sit back and enjoy.

The house has large, pleasant living areas. The kitchen has an open plan with dining areas and beautiful windows and a patio door to the terrace.

The living room is bright and pleasant with a comfortable sofa group in front of the TV.

You sleep in five bedrooms, two of which are downstairs. In one bedroom there is a double bed. The second bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds, has high ceilings, beams in the ceiling and a sea view.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. In the beautiful large bedroom with windows overlooking the sea there is a double bed. Please note that it is not possible to close this bedroom. There is another beautiful bedroom with a double bed where the ceiling is open up to the eaves. In the third bedroom upstairs there are two single beds (80cm). To get to this bedroom you pass one of the other bedrooms.

You have two bathrooms. The large bathroom downstairs is wonderfully beautiful with a sea view. The one on the upper floor is of a slightly older standard. There is a toilet, sink and shower in both bathrooms. Entrance to the bathroom downstairs is via the bedroom with a double bed.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at the entrance of the house.

Mandatory deposit of 1500 SEK.

NOTE: Not allowed to charge electric cars

There is a fire ban in all stoves/tile stoves in the house.

A good beach is about 200 m away with a jetty. It is within walking distance to three restaurants, a café and a grocery store.

Discover "The Island of the Sun and the Winds" Öland with all it has to offer. The nature and environment are astonishing and Öland offers culture, events, sun, swimming, lovely walks along the Kalmar Strait, inns, kroppkakor, etc.

In Färjestaden there is a large shopping center.
