Bright and tastefully decorated holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located a short distance from the beach and sea on a lawn plot with plenty of play opportunities for children. The house was built in 1978/1999/2017, regularly maintained and modernised and has a kitchen/living room in open concept, four bedrooms, bathroom with shower, whirlpool, sauna and large open terrace with extra kitchen table. Since there is air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove, the cost of heating is quite small. The decor is light and modern with quality furnishings in the famous Danish cottage style. For indoor entertainment there is smart-TV, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation3 and Blu-ray player. There is furthermore limitless internet. The living room has direct access to the large terrace. On the terrace there are plenty of places with shelter, and you will by no doubt spend many pleasant hours here during the holidays. The plot is a large, completely secluded plot surrounded by vegetation and with excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as playing with the kids, sunbathing or evening fun around the grill. There are swings, sandpit, climbing frame and slide for the kids. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
