Holiday home in Nynäshamn S

This holiday home is located on its own beautiful peninsula; it has two bridges on the grounds and a private beach. With its wonderful accommodations and with all the amenities it’s close to both Torö and Nynäshamn and it is only a 40 minute car ride away from Stockholm.

The main building has two levels, and was renovated in 2008 with bright colors. The living room is on the ground level with a porch/ dining area with plenty of room for everybody, and with the beautiful view over the lake in three directions. The modern kitchen is made with birch and is equipped with a dish washer. On the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms. Next to the main building there are two annexes, where one contains a lovely double bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and sauna.

Just a few meters away from this annex lays the private dock with a bathing ladder. A smaller plastic boat with 5 hp engine is included, lovely to take on a small bathing or fishing trip in the archipelago. On the plot there is an old tennis court where you can play some games if you like. You will experience an amazing view over the Baltic Sea from the 5800 m² large plot, and there is plenty of room for outdoor activities and sunbathing. Of course there is a barbecue grill and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a good meal during the late evenings.

This is a great base if you would like to experience the big city of Stockholm, with all the events and attractions the city has to offer, since it is only a 40 minute car ride from your holiday home.
This is also an excellent starting point for discovering the southern archipelago of Stockholm; for example there is a boat that goes from Ankarudden to Öja, where you can visit the old lighthouse among other activities.

The whole area is scenic, and has an unusual nature in form of different beach plants and a rich bird life; there are many birds that pass by when they move south for the winter. The unique nature makes the area one of the best fishing areas for trout in the whole archipelago of Stockholm. This is a favorite spot for many kinds of surfers and several times the Swedish championship in surfing has been held on the east beach.
