From the living room upstairs, you will enjoy a stunning mountain view.
The location is both quiet and ideal for all mountain activities and to enjoy Chamonix.
Renewable energy heating system.
Interior -
115sqm living space. The chalet is organised over 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and a ski-room.
The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm bed) with en-suite bathroom; the two others can each be either two single beds (80x200cm beds) or one double if reunited. Let us know which configuration works best for you upon booking.
Pretty much all equipment is new at time of writing (jan-2020). There are a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Please note: 1700 euro deposit will be requested upon arrival
Environment -
The chalet is equipped with a renewable-energy heating system (geothermal), to limit our Co2 emission (without sacrificing comfort!).
Local Area -
The Chamonix - Les Praz area is quiet, with mostly residential chalets in the neighborhood. It is also easily accessible by car and public transports. So you will be near the city center and enjoy the mountain scenery at the same time.
There is plenty to do in the Chamonix-mont-blanc valley, from skiing to hiking. If you need any advises, don't hesitate to ask!
Transport -
Two parking spaces are offered (should you need more, please let us know).
Ski lifts: typically 5min car (or bus) to Flégère, 10min to Brévent and 15min to Grands Montets.
Chamonix center: 5min car / bus or 20min walk on a nice path we can only recommend!
The bus stop is 100m away. Frequency varies in the season: every 15min in peak season, closer to 30min off-season.
Praz train stop (local train covering the valley) is 15-20min walk away or 5min by bus. Should you arrive by train in Chamonix, the easiest is to go down at Chamonix centre then take a taxi.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
