Cozy holiday home close to forest and beach

Cozy and authentic holiday home within walking distance to forest and beach. The house is 60 square meters with an annex of 12 square meters. It is located in a beautiful area in Hasle Lystskov on Bornholm, close to Rubinsea and only 400 meters from the beach with the coal tip, which is a fantastic lunar landscape.

You can also easily go to the cozy Hasle Smokehouse, which is the only smokehouse on Bornholm that still smokes according to the old method. In addition, Hasle offers a cozy harbor environment with a wonderful harbor bath. If you have small children with you, there is a 300 meter walk to the water park at the campsite.

The house has a covered terrace with a heat lamp in a small atrium garden, where you are completely undisturbed. The plot itself is 1200 square meters with a large trampoline and plenty of space for play. In the shed you can find various toys and on the terrace there is a table football game. There is a bonfire for cosy evenings too.

There is garden furniture in the small and the large garden, and various sun loungers are in the shed. There is a gas grill on the terrace and there is a ball grill in the garage if you prefer to grill the old-fashioned way.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The second bedroom is the annex, which is perpendicular to the house. Two people can sleep in the bedroom in a small double bed and two people can sleep in the living room, where there is a large and good sofa bed. In the annex, there is a double bed and a sleeping chair that can be folded out to become a mattress and can be placed wherever in the house you want it. There are no doors in the main house, except for the toilet. The bedroom is separated by a thick velor curtain, and the entrance hall and kitchen can be separated by a bamboo door curtain.

In the cold months, the house is heated with a heat pump and/or wood-burning stove. The bathroom also has a fan heater and underfloor heating. The annex is quickly heated with an electric radiator.

There is internet in the holiday home and the TV has chromecast, so you can cast the TV channels and streaming services you have on your devices.

There are 4 bicycles in the garage that you are welcome to use.

It should be mentioned that the house is in the process of changing color, which is why parts of the house appear black on the outside while other parts are still brown.
