Holiday cottage with swimming pool located on a garden plot with grass and a large tiled area. The house is centrally located in Blokhus and within short walking distance to both the village and the beach and sea. The house consists of two separate buildings connected by an open solarium. One building is primarily with glass sections and contains a swimming pool, which is heated in April, September and October. It is heated by oil-fired boiler. The house has a spacious living room opening on to the kitchen. The living room furniture is from 2011, there are new wooden floors and the room now appears modern and tastefully furnished. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms in the house itself, as well as extra bedrooms in the annex that also has toilet and wash basin with cold water. In the open patio, which connects the accommodation and the pool, you can dwell undisturbed. There are also plenty of shelter, and it is possible to use the covered terrace if the weater turns. Owner has set up a sandpit, swings and seesaw, as well as petanque court. In the pool area there is an exercise bike.
